Cet exemplaire comporte un envoi de Gen Paul à l'écrivain Louis Nucera* :
"A Louis Nucera* et ses chats. Une pensée pour Bébert, le greffier de Ferdine".
*Louis Nucera était un écrivain amoureux des chats sur lesquels il a écrit plusieurs livres. Gen Paul fait allusion dans sa dédicace à "Bébert",le fameux chat de L-F Céline que Gen Paul appelait souvent "Ferdine"

- Avec envoi sur la 1ère page + "dec 74" (1974) + Signature au crayon.
- Chaque dessin est réhaussé gouache & signé au feutre.
- Gen Paul a rajouté au feutre "74" (1974) sur 5 dessins et "Le Voyage" sur 2 autres.
- Sur la dernière page, Gen Paul a rajouté au crayon "FIN" + Signature
- Etat : Ouvrage relié avec tranche en cuir.
La page originale de couverture à été conservée. Très bon état intérieur et extèrieur pour cet ouvragede 1943 (papier de qualité inférieur à cette époque). Bien entendu papier jauni, quelques micro tâches et micro plis sur certaines pages mais sans conséquence.

This exemplar content a personal note from Gen Paul to Luis Nucera* (famous french writer) : "To Louis Nucera* and his cats. A thought for Bébert, the “malkin” of Ferdine."
*Louis Nucera was a writer who was very found of cats and he wrote many books on them. In his dedication, Gen Paul mentions : To Bébert, the famous cat owned by L-F Céline that Gen Paul use to call “Ferdine”.“Malkin” is an argotic word commonly used for “cat”.

- With personal note of Gen Paul on the first page + "dec 74" + Signature in pencil.
- Each drawing is brightened up with the gouache by Gen Paul and signed with pen.
- On five drawings, Gen Paul added in pen "74" (1974) and "Le Voyage (Travel)" on 2 drawings
- On the last page, Gen Paul wrote in pencil "FIN (The end)" + Autograph
- Condition : Very good condition for a book of this time (1943). Poor quality paper during the war periode. Of course, yellowed by age and few tucks and minor marks.
